Product Questions & Answers

Question:
I just purchased a set of 185/85 R 13 Silvertown radials for my 1956 Mercedes 190sl. When changing tires I see the old tires had tubes. Do I need tubes ? Can I reuse the old tubes ? Do you sell new tubes ?
By John Buckingham on September 05, 2019
Answer:

Hi there, Unless your wheels require that you run a tube, these tires are designed to be tubeless - and can be run as such. We do sell tubes, they are listed under "other stuff you may like", we do not recommend re-using old tubes Thank you for your question,

Question:
can i use an innertube with a tubeless tire?
By joghn Chasey on June 25, 2019
Answer:

Hi there, Absolutely. Even if you have a tire labeled as tubeless, as long as the dimensions of the tire match up with the tube size, you should be able to put a tube in a tubeless tire. Thank you for your question,
