Photos from the 2023 Corvette Expo
The Corvette Expo has been around since the 1970's and it has gone through a lot of phases through its successful lifetime. This event has always been held in East Tennessee, although it has changed venues several times. It has found a home at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, a beautiful facility that offers plenty of room for this awesome event. There are hundreds of Corvettes on hand, ranging from the earliest C1's to the most recent C8 generation. We love the variety when walking through the show, because you can see NCRS judging on high end Corvette restorations, as well as modified cars and drivers. Take a look at some of our favorites, and make plans to join the fun next spring for the Corvette Expo. Check out www.corvetteexpo.com for more information!
Check out this beautiful 1954 Corvette, which is one of only 3,640 produced. It features Polo White paint and Sportsman Red interior, and 155 horsepower comes from the original Blue Flame six cylinder engine. It's rolling on a set of our Firestone 670-15 bias ply whitewall tires, a perfect fit. This Corvette has an extremely rare feature...a clear "bubbletop", one of approximately 15-25 produced and one of only a few left in existence.
Next up is a 1966 Corvette coupe, complete with Chevrolet's famous 427ci big block. This one is rolling on a set of our Knock-Off replica wheels and BFGoodrich Silvertown Gold Line 205/75R15 radial tires.
This 1969 Corvette convertible sports an optional hardtop and side pipes. The BFGoodrich redline tires are a nice contrast to the Riverside Gold paint.
C4 Corvettes the by far the most affordable Corvette on the market. You can still find C4 project cars for a few thousand dollars, but nice models like this convertible bring solid money. This one is early in the C4 production run, as evidenced by the early style wheels. It's rolling on a set of our BFGoodrich g-Force tires, available in many sizes to fit C4 and newer Corvettes.
