Great Race 2021 Day 6 Recap -- Owensboro to Lexington, Kentucky

Day 6 of the 2021 Great Race continues an Eastern route across the state of Kentucky. We started the morning in Owensboro, and headed out into the farm land for a short morning of rallying. The change from Central time to Eastern time occured midday so it made for a short morning route. We rolled into lunch at Elizabethtown, Kentucky, grabbed a sandwich and got back on the road. We also had a short pitstop today at My Old Kentucky Home State Park in Bardstown, and then went back into an intense afternoon rally. We finished the day in Lexington, Kentucky and had a great, relaxing evening, as the evening stop took place at our hotel. It was super convenient and fun to hang out so close!
