New Michelin Tires Coming Soon!

Coker Tire Company partners with Michelin to develop new products to fill voids in the marketplace. We are proud to announce eight new sizes in the already popular line of Michelin radial tires. All Michelin tires are designed for high performance driving and precise fitment. Let's take a look at these new products.
The first tire coming to inventory is the new Michelin XAS 165VR15. We already offer that size in several brands and styles, but this particular tire features N-Spec rating from Porsche, making it an approved tire for classic Porsche sports cars.
The Michelin XAS was original equipment for 1965 through 1967 Porsche 911, 912 and 914. It also serves as an excellent upgrade to the original 560-15 bias ply tires on the famous Porsche 356. The features an asymmetrical tread pattern, and a clean black sidewall for the classic sports car look. It is V rated for safe service up to 149 miles per hour.
Thorough testing is required to received Porsche's N-Spec validation. Testing includes traction, road noise, and several other variables to ensure the tire meets the high standards of Porsche owners.
Another new tire in the XAS product line is the Michelin XAS 145HR13. This is what Michelin calls an "FF" tire, which means Formula France. It features a special compound, and offers direct fitment for classic Honda, Lotus, Fiat, Austin Healey Spirte and many other compact sports cars of the 1950's and 1960's.
The Michelin MX series 145R12 radial tire offers direct fitment on Fiat 600, Seat 600, BMW 700 as well as certain MG and Morris applications from the 1960's. It's an upgrade from 520-12, 550-12 and 595-12 bias ply tires. The 145R12 size was also used into the 1970's, 1980's and 1990's on Ford Fiesta and Subaru Justy. The tire is S speed rated and features a classic tread pattern.
The new Michelin XM+S series 205R16 radial tire offers direct fitment for vintage trucks and sport utility vehicles, such as Range Rover, Toyota FJ , Land Rover 90/110, Nissan Patrol, Mercedes G series and many more vehicles using a 16-inch wheel. The tire features an all-terrain tread pattern for excellent traction in mud and snow, and can be studded for extreme winter driving conditions.
The new sizes include Michelin Pilot Sport 1 (left) and Pilot Sport 2 (right). The Pilot Sport 1 features authentic 16-inch fitments for Ferrari Testarossa, while the Pilot Sport 2 features 17-inch fitments for 1992-1998 Dodge Viper.
