HUGE Crowds at the 50th Anniversary Street Rod Nationals

For 50 years, the National Street Rod Association (NSRA) has been promoting one of the largest car shows in the country. It has moved around to many cities (Peoria, Memphis, etc.) but found a home in Louisville, Kentucky in the 1990's. The Kentucky Expo Center offers the necessary room to host such an incredible event, and the 50th anniversary event pushed the limits of the spacious venue with nearly 13,000 cars on hand. Inside the vendor building were hundreds of manufacturers and shops, including our guys from Coker Tire. Also in the vendor building was a cool 50th anniversary display with several historic street rods. Outside, the lots were filled with street rods, customs, muscle cars, gasser and so much more. We were blown away with the turnout for this historic event, and so thankful to be a part of it. We were also involved in one of the two cars that NSRA gave away on Saturday. We provided the tires and wheels for the 1932 Ford roadster built by Johnson's Hot Rod Shop. Take a look at some of our favorite Coker-equipped vehicles on the grounds, and make plans to join the fun next year!
