The Street Rodder Road Tour Rolls Through Chattanooga (again)!
Our facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee serves as an awesome destination for car guys and gals, and we love it when groups, like the Street Rodder Road Tour pay us a visit. The group rolled in at lunch time on Tuesday, September 6th, and we parked them all just outside the museum door on Fort Street. We greeted the Road Tour participants with hamburgers and hot dogs, cooked by one of our marketing guys, Jason White. He didn't let anyone leave hungry! The Street Rodder Road Tour didn't stick around too long, as they planned to make it to Pigeon Forge this afternoon for a special preview of the Shades of the Past rod run. We enjoyed the couple of hours we got to spend with the participants, and we snapped a few pictures while they were here. Street Rodder Road Tour One of the highlights of the stop was getting to see the Street Rodder Road Tour car for 2016. It's a 1966 Ford Fairlane, built by Hot Rods by Dean in Arizona. This Ford Racing-powered Fairlane is wildly modified, but sports a subtle color combination. It wasn't the only cool car in the group though--we were blown away with the quality of cars from MANY different states! From Model A coupes to Chevy Vega station wagons and everything in between made up the group of cars and trucks, and here's a sampling of our favorites.
