In case you didn't already know, the crew at Coker Tire Company deals with more than "just tires". We have wheels, hot rod parts, and much more to keep up with, and that includes a bicycle company called Coker Cycle Company. The cycle company is known for its 36-inch tires and wheels, so these specialty bicycles and unicycles have a larger than life personality. Coker Cycles is proud to announce the new and improved edition of our popular Wheelman bicycle, a modern rendition of the famous Penny Farthing-style "high wheel" bicycle. The redesign of the Coker's Wheelman included a reshaping of the frame, to offer rider comfort. New materials and tooling were developed to obtain the highest possible quality standards. The frame and forks are formed from 4130 chrome moly tubing, and tig-welded right here in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Other new items include a free wheel hub, adjustable stem and new Tektro brakes. Identical to its previous tire/wheel combination, the Wheelman rolls on a Coker 36-inch button-tread tire up front and a matching button-tread 16-inch tire out back.
