This Camac blackwall radial is the right size for Mini Coopers, as well as other micro cars, including Austin 850 series and 1969 through 1972 Honda 600 series. Blackwall Camac 145R10 radial tires are quality replacement tires for several import models from the late fifties and sixties. This steel belted radial is ready for the road!

Radial Tire Construction

Radial tires were first introduced by Michelin in the 1950's, and by the mid 1970's, all American cars came from the factory with radial tires. Radial tire construction means that the tire's ply layers are positioned at a 90 degree angle to the bead. This allows the tire to flex and glide over bumps and breaks in the road. Radial tires provide a smoother ride and longer tread life than bias ply tires. We offer wide whitewall radial tires, as well as narrow whitewalls, redlines, gold lines and high performance radial tires. 

Camac Tires for Classic Compact Cars

Certain tire sizes are extremely hard to find, and that's where our Camac product line comes into play. We offer Camac radial tires in 145R10 for cars like the Morris Mini Cooper and other micro cars, as well as 145R14 sizing for other 1970's classic car fitments. These sizes are not common, so Camac helps us fill the void for these rare makes and models that deserve safe and authentic tires.
