Question:
How do I remove that heavy blue protective coating from Coker branded white sidewall tires?
By Dennis Allen Tarkington on December 02, 2017
Answer:

The best way to remove the protective coating is to first soak the tires down with hot water and soap. Allow the solution to set for several minutes before beginning to remove. This will allow it to start dissolving and not present as much resistance when scrubbing. After that, you should be able to wash it away with an SOS pad. You may also use Simple Green concentrated cleaner to help you clean the tires.
