Question:
How wide will a Br Goodrich Ta 235/70/ r15 be when mounted on an 8 inch rim?

Answer:
The width, listed as cross section measurement will be same. Mounting a tire on narrower, or wider wheels only changes the degree of curvature of the sidewall itself.
