Cooper Cobra G/T Radial tires feature raised white letters and authentic 215/65R15 sizing fits a wide variety of 1980's muscle cars, like the famous Buick Grand National, Monte Carlo SS and more! It fits nicely on a 15x6 or 15x7 inch wheel and fits many midsize cars from the 1960's through the 1990's. The RWL sidewall is on one side but you can turn them to the inside if you prefer a clean black sidewall. Cooper Cobra G/T tires offer excellent handling and the perfect mix of old school looks and modern performance.

Raised White Letter

This is a raised white letter tire, sometimes called RWL for short. Raised white letter tires became common in the late 1960's on muscle cars like the Pontiac GTO and high performance pony cars, like the Ford Mustang. Raised white letter tires feature white rubber that is built into the tire's sidewall when the carcass is being assembled. The letters are formed when the tire is vulcanized in a curing mold, and then buffed clean to reveal bright white letters. Popular raised white letter tires include BFGoodrich Radial T/A, Firestone Wide Oval and Goodyear Polyglas tires.
