Firestone Wide Oval Radial | Raised White Letter
The wait is over! We’re proud to announce the new Firestone Wide Oval Radial tire, a product that will bridge the gap between authentic bias ply tires and modern radials. Designed and manufactured in the USA, using new molds and materials, this tire features authentic sidewall markings and tread pattern, with radial construction. This is the ultimate muscle car tire! Available in six sizes to fit 14- and 15-inch wheels, the Firestone Wide Oval Radial offers fitments of most muscle car applications. The raised white letter version, seen here, features correct sidewall markings, even down to the correct size of the letters. Also note the FR60-15 sizing, which offers a slightly lower profile and wider tread pattern for those who want a little more rubber on the road. It’s time to put a set of Firestone Wide Oval radials on your muscle car.
Please Note
- Tire mounted on wheel for demonstration purposes only. Wheel and other accessories are not included. Please note that dimensions listed (tread width, section width and overall diameter) are non-scientific and based on an inflated tire, mounted to a wheel. Dimensions may vary due to rim width and inflation pressure.

An FR70-14 would be the correct size in a Wide Oval radial. Hope that helps!

The FR70-15 is the comparable size, but would technically be more like a 205/75R15. We do not have a directly replacement in this tire for a 205/70R15. The FR70-15 will be slightly taller than your 205/70R15, so we suggest you compare the dimensions from the specifications tab to confirm fitment.
