Michelin ZX | Michelin ZX Tires

The Michelin ZX 640SR13 whitewall radial tire offers the precise look for your 1953 through 1962 Mercedes Benz and many other European classic cars. This tire features a 1.89-inch whitewall, which is correct for the late 1950s and early 1960s, and the modern radial construction offers excellent grip in all environments, and a long tread life. The 640SR13 sizing designates a 13-inch wheel fitment and an S Speed rating for safe operation and performance on today's highways. The Michelin ZX radial features a classic tread pattern and vintage sidewall markings for the ultimate period correct look.

Genuine Narrow Whitewall Tire

This product features a genuine narrow whitewall sidewall style. This means that the bright white rubber is added directly to the tire sidewall during initial construction of the carcass, resulting in a truly integrated, high-quality product after vulcanization. When we reference "narrow whitewall" tires, we typically mean a whitewall that measures less than two inches, but it can also mean a whitewall that does not reach all the way into the bead. Narrow whitewall tires are popular for many cars built in 1960's all the way through the 1990's.

Bias Look Radial Tire

The term "bias look radial" is something that Coker Tire created when we introduced the American Classic bias look radial product line. This means the tire has the appearance and the sizing profiles of a vintage bias ply tire, with modern radial construction. This provides an original look with a smooth ride and longer tread life, compared to bias ply tires. We offer bias look radial tires for vehicles ranging from the 1920's through the 1970's.
