I am building a 1967 ford f100 wheel stander, what drag slick will best handle the weight and the torque of around 2000 horse power? I will narrow my rear end to keep the tires inside the fenders, but want the widest tire available.

This 17.0/33.0-15 is the widest. It is built with the F9 medium compound, which is the most widely used and is considered to work well in almost all applications. There is no load capacity spec for drag tires, but we if you need assistance with tire pressure please let us know what the vehicle weighs and we can offer some guidelines.
