SALES TAXES

All merchandise delivered to Tennessee or California is subject to applicable sales taxes. All merchandise delivered at swap meets, trade shows or car shows is subject to all applicable state and local taxes.

PAYMENT FOR ORDERS

Coker Tire accepts most major credit cards. The world of credit card ordering is changing rapidly. Because of the unfortunate increase of credit card fraud, there are many new rules put forth by companies like American Express, Visa and MasterCard. These regulations often require more stringent procedures specifically relating to ship to addresses or those other than the address your where your charge card statement is sent. Please make sure your exact phone number and the address where your charge card statement comes to as well as other verification information we will ask you for when you are placing your order. We reserve the right to ship your merchandise to the address the credit card company has on file. Orders paid for by American Express will ONLY be shipped to the address they have for your account. Sorry, we do not accept COD shipments. For customers who want to pay by check, we recommend that you send a certified check or money order, or be willing to wait up to 21 days for your check to clear before shipment is initiated.

TIRE & WHEEL COMBINATIONS

Coker Tire provides a special value service of free mounting and balancing (on certain sizes) when you purchase tires and wheels as a package from our company. It is very important to understand that once a tire and wheel are mounted, the status of these products has changed. Your credit card will be charged in full prior to mounting and balancing whether the product is shipped to you, picked up at our facility, or delivered to a show. All wheel manufacturers have a NO RETURN Policy after a wheel has been mounted. If you have ordered products to be delivered freight free to a show near you, it is your responsibility to pick up your order as per agreement.

RETURNS

New special order customer service toll free number 1-800-251-6336. Before returning an item, please call for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Write your RGA number on the label of the returned package. Without the RGA number, your package will not be routed to the Returns Department. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns after 90 days. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments on returned items.

WARRANTY

We want you to be pleased with your purchase! Our tires are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the tread. Adjustment is made on prorated basis (you pay for tread wear used). We are not responsible for tire and tube failure due to improper mounting, mechanical failure or improper alignment of the vehicle. Coker Tire does not offer any guarantee of fitment for any particular purpose and limits its liability to the purchase price of the item. All tires and tubes should be installed by properly trained individuals. Dimensions for tires listed are not scientifically measured and may vary depending on rim widths and inflation. Warranty returns also require an RGA number.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Always immediately inspect the contents of your shipment. Notify the carrier if damage has occurred. (Fed Ex phone number 1-800-463-3339) Boxed merchandise must be kept in the original shipping carton for inspection. DO NOT return damaged items to Coker Tire until inspected by Fed Ex. The package must be inspected at the point of delivery. It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the merchandise in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a package that has been opened or damaged, make sure the driver notes this fact on their delivery sheet.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

All sales are FOB our warehouses in Tennessee and California. We ship most shipments by Fed Ex. Prices listed on the website and in the catalog do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to your order. Insurance will be added to all packages valued over $100.00 ($1.00 per $100). All items shipped by motor freight will be shipped freight collect. Our policy is always to give you the best service and the best rate!

Coker Tire is not responsible for additional fees such as brokerage fees, taxes, customs or duties.
