This usually is not the case. We always ship orders complete, but each package is labeled separately, and could move as a separate shipment. Because of this, sometimes packages will arrive on different days. If a few business days have gone by and you still have not received all of the products you ordered, please contact us at 1-800-251-6336 or use the live chat at the top of the screen. If you provide us with an email address, the tracking numbers will be sent to you automatically so you can track the movement of your order.
